Warranty/Returns for E-cigs and E-Liquids

 Returns/Refunds



We offer a 14 day return/refund policy on all starer kits, batteries and atomizers. We do not offer returns on eLiquid or Low Resistant atomizers.

We have new PRODUCTS RETURN section opened recently for the convinience of our customers, you can file a return using this PRODUCT RETURN functionality.

NOTE: By requests of the numerous customers "Helpdesk" with previous functionality has been discontinued. New Product Return functionality should be much more user friendly and easier to use. REPRESENTATIVES WILL SERVICE YOUR PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED TICKETS.


TO FILE A RETURN:

  • Login into the website using your account's username and password. (If you do not login you will not be able to open Return Product form)
  • In PRODUCT RETURNS section of the top menu, click "File A Return" drop down item. (Or if you are logged in now you can click HERE)  ***Please link this to the RMA extension
  • Once form opens, select "Product Return" in the "Category" drop down input.
  • Enter Subject, something that you can easily understand. Like "Returning Joye 510 Atomizer and PCC Charger"
  • In Description enter short explanation of your request
  • In Additional Fields section enter all proper information: Order Number, Your Name, etc... (IF YOU DON'T SEE ADDITIONAL FIELDS, THAT MEANS YOU DIDNT SELECT "Product Return" INSIDE "Category" DROP DOWN INPUT)
  • (optional) You can attach a picture along with your request if you wish.
  • Click "Submit"


Your ticket will be submitted and you will receive email notification.

*** You will be notified by email after your Ticket gets a response.


TO VIEW SUBMITTED REQUEST:

  • Login into the website using your account's username and password. (If you do not login you will not be able to see List My Tickets sub-menu item in the next step)
  • In PRODUCT RETURNS section of the top menu, click "List My Tickets" drop down item (or click HERE).  ***Please link this to the ticketing system   This will open up a list of all tickets that you submitted.
  • Find your submitted ticket from the list and open it - it will show all the details including any responses from our representatives.
